Qualify X Discount (“the app”) is operated by PIKASTORE s.r.o., IČO 19693311, Czech Republic, contact info@pikastore.cz.
When a merchant installs the app we store the shop domain and the access token issued by Shopify (encrypted at rest), so the app can create and manage the merchant's discounts. When the merchant uses “Switch codes”, we keep a log of which discount codes were moved, so the step can be reverted.
The app does not collect, store or process any personal data of the merchant's customers. Discount calculation runs inside Shopify (Shopify Functions) and never reaches our servers. The storefront badge reads only product data already rendered by the theme.
write_discounts to create and manage the campaign's discount codes; read_products to read product tags, collections and the tier metafield.
On uninstall we delete the shop's sessions and switch log immediately; any remaining data is deleted after Shopify's shop/redact request. Customer data requests (customers/data_request, customers/redact) are answered with “no data held”.
Servers in the European Union (Germany). Data is not sold or shared with third parties.
